This mosque built in the Mughal period is near the Sadar road near Dhaka University's hostel Shahidullah Hall, south of Dhaka Gate and near the Curzon Hall. The mosque has been built on a high platform. Small room below the bottom of the mosque. This mosque on the platform has three entrance paths on the eastern wall. There are 1 entrance entrance to the north and south walls. There are three mihrabs on the western wall inside the mosque. There are 4 monuments in the mosque building. Two minarets have been constructed on two sides of these monuments. There is a grave of Musa Khan in the northeast of the mosque. Musa Khan was the son of Isha Khan, the best of Baro Bhuiyan in Bengal. Musa Khan Mosque was built by Munawar Khan. Later linguist Dr. Mohammed Shahidulah was buried near the tomb of Musa Khan.
